"The driver and vehicle were fine, no problems at all. I wanted to complain about the fare we were charged. We were charged £47.50 for this trip, which is astonishing given the distance involved, but we paid it as we assumed it must be the going rate. However, I was shocked to be charged only £20.74 to travel back from Guildford to Farnborough at 1.07am! Taxis are usually more expensive after midnight, so I can only imagine how much less than that we might have paid for an Uber had we returned to Farnborough earlier that evening. I know that Uber is generally a bit cheaper, but the fact that you can charge £27 more for the same journey early in the evening is completely outrageous. I'd be interested to hear how you can justify this. "

"Drivers were on time for both parts of the journey, and both journeys to and from airport went without problem. However, we had a problem on our return journey, because Atlas Cars did not tell us where we should meet our driver. We assumed that he would be waiting in the arrivals hall but he was not. I called Atlas Cars, which was not an easy task since my phone still had a US sim in it, and I had to find someone at the airport with a tool to open my phone up so I could replace the US sim with my UK sim. Atlas Cars had to phone the driver and call me back, and I eventually found out that he was waiting outside at valet parking. This hassle was a bit of a disappointment on an otherwise good service."
