"The driver Syad came in time and VERY patiently waited for 3+ hours as our plane was kept on the tarmac an extra hour and our luggage was delayed two more hours due high winds.
We tipped Syad very well for his patience and his lost opportunity - he could have been working or home with his family, and our delay kept him from that."
